The hotel is conveniently located near National metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with new furniture and shiny amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing prompt service and helpful assistance. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast before departure, adding to the overall value and convenience of the stay.

There were some issues with the air conditioner in the room, as it only provided cooling options and couldn't be switched to heat. This proved to be inconvenient, especially during colder nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenner. The room, although small, wassuper clean and cozy. The location was perfect, with multiple metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the proximity to supermarkets, cafes, and a vibrant street market offering delicious food options. We were actually surprised by the warm welcome we received from the staff and their helpfulness throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Paris.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it required changing metro lines multiple times to reach central areas of the city. Lastly, the room temperature was set for winter and could not be adjusted, causing discomfort during warmer weather.
