The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing prompt service and helpful assistance. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast before departure, adding to the overall value and convenience of the stay.

There were some issues with the air conditioner in the room, as it only provided cooling options and couldn't be switched to heat. This proved to be inconvenient, especially during colder nights.
